There's no shortage of innovation in PFAS treatment; the problem is that most of it never reaches the field. Novel materials often need novel infrastructure, meaning new vessels, new permits, new training. A ratepayer-funded utility cannot afford to rebuild its treatment train around lab results. So we set out to take a leap in material science and deliver it in a format utilities can adopt today, in the systems they already run.
Our work is led by researchers at the forefront of PFAS adsorbent chemistry, backed by decades of experience from R&D to deployment. To take us to market, we're advised by a former White House analyst specializing in environmental policy, and by a biotech entrepreneur who built and sold his previous company for over a billion dollars. With such a product, and such a team, we hope to make a lasting impact in the water treatment sector.
